As a Senior Software Architect, you will be responsible for architecting and developing subsequent releases of our Wireless Application Enabler (WAE) as well as packaged products and solutions built on our WAE. We expect you to have the following skills, knowledge and abilities:

• Led a team responsible for the architecture, design and development of enterprise level software.
• Ability to create and manage to a software architecture design and object model
• Experience in developing server-side applications, especially ones that use multithreading and networking
• Ability to oversee development teams up to 5 people
• Provide leadership and knowledge on all wireless technologies used and supported by Xybo's products, this includes learning new technologies as needed.
• Ability to develop software development plans including development strategies, resource and time estimates
• Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team on product development, client implementations, sales activities, and marketing initiatives
• Have 5-7 years of experience in software architect role
• University degree required, technical designations are desired
• Experience with enterprise CRM, ERP, and SCM applications desired
• Experience developing wireless applications is considered a plus - especially familiarity with WML, WAP, DHTML, CHTML, XML, VB, EJB, Java, Windows, HTML, COM/DCOM, and SQL
