XYBO ANNOUNCING NEW PARTNER PROGRAMS

(Toronto, Canada) - Xybo Systems Inc. is announcing the retirement of all its current partner programs, effective August 31, 2004.

In the effort to manage Xybo’s channels more effectively, the current Partner and Diamond Partner programs will be retired effective August 31, 2004 and replaced by the new partner programs. The new partner programs consist of three categories and each category has a much clearer role in its involvement with Xybo, its products and the clients:

Xybo Business Development Partner
The Business Development Partner program is for individuals or organizations that provide professional services and/or advise to clients for general IT and computing solutions. Partners in this category work with the clients and Xybo (or, Xybo Certified Partners) to propose mobile solutions. The actual solution implementation is performed by Xybo or Xybo Certified Partners.

Xybo Wireless Application Partner
The Wireless Application Partner program is for individuals or organizations that come up with superlative wireless application ideas and would like to utilize Xybo’s platform and technologies for the applications. Partners in this category often work closely with Xybo and/or Xybo Certified Partners to develop wireless applications and products in a revenue sharing arrangement. Certain components of the Xybo platform/products may be customized for the application. The actual application implementation is performed by Xybo and/or Xybo Certified Partners and sometimes co-developed with the Wireless Application Partner.

Xybo Certified Partner
The Certified Partner program is for individuals or organizations that provide Xybo’s platform and solutions to its clients. Partners in this category are expected to have a thorough understanding of the wireless applications, its market, and technical proficiency to all Xybo’s products. Before the individual or organization is granted the Certified Partner status, the individual or a representative of the organization must finish an off-site Certification Training and a Certification Examination.
